"My husband and I did a wine dinner at the Firestone Barn with Paul and it was fabulous! From the hors d'ouevres to dessert the flavors just jumped out. Watching him cook at the wood fired oven is like a movie. The wines from Stoller were exceptionally matched. Paul is a one of a kind chef with tons of experience teaching and it shows. We had a blast!

"More people should do this kind of thing...restaurant, class, wine tasting. I really just wanted to hang out and relax during the class and let my wife cook, but Chef Paul was doing cool stuff with the cryovac and the spit roaster so I jumped in. It's pretty mellow; you can lay low or get your hands in everything if you want. Chef has the energy and humor to keep it fun and interesting. The meal was like a feast. I would do it again."
